MyAstrologyAdvisor.com's mission is to provide our customers the most insightful and compelling astrology reports - at the lowest price anywhere. We've worked hard to bring together all of the best astrologers you'd find at other higher-priced web sites, and pooled their talents in order to create the AstroPackage, a complete picture of your life.

What is the AstroPackage?
Our AstroPackage is a suite of 25 astrology reports and forecasts that tell you everything you need to know about the astrological forces at work in your life. From destiny to love, karma to business, the AstroPackage uncovers meaningful insights about you as a person and explores your relationships with the other important people in your life.

How much is the AstroPackage?
For a limited time, the AstroPackage, which includes 25 full length astrology reports, is only $19.95 (normally $49.95). If you were to purchase these same reports elsewhere, it would cost you well over $500. When you get the AstroPackage you're paying less than $1 a report.

Can I purchase just one report - instead of the entire package?
Yes, you can purchase any single report that we sell in our AstroShop. Prices vary by the length of the report, and range between $8 and $35 each. Keep in mind, however, that you will not receive any of the extra benefits that come with the AstroPackage, like the ability to store reports, print in color or save birth date for friends and family.

How accurate are your reports?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com's astrology reports and charts are some of the most accurate that you'll find anywhere. We start by using highly sophisticated software to calculate the positions of the planets at your birth and get an accurate reading of the points on your chart. We couple these precise readings with interpretive writings from some of the world's leading astrologers. The result is a series of highly accurate and engaging reports. In fact, our reports can be so "right on" that you may think our astrologers have been following the details of your life for years.

Who are the astrologers that you use?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com works with the very best astrologers on the planet. Collectively, our team has over 100 years of experience practicing astrology. Their report interpretations and writings have taken years of research and reflection to create. You can read the individual biographies of our astrologers by clicking on the "astrologer bio" links next to each report in our AstroShop.

How do you account for time zones and time changes when calculating birth time?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com uses sophisticated software that automatically takes time zones and daylight savings into account when determining your birth time. Note, however, that if you were born in Illinois before the summer of 1959, or in Pennsylvania before 1971, you may want to check your birth certificate to determine your true birth time. This is because in these states, during this time period, officials were required to record the birth time in Standard Time, even if daylight savings was being observed. If this applies to you, check your birth time to see if the letters "ST" are written after your birth time. If they are, simply add one hour to your birth time when requesting charts on the MyAstrologyAdvisor.com web site.

AstroPackage Sign-Up

How do I sign-up for the AstroPackage?
To sign-up for the AstroPackage, simply click on the "package" link in the site's navigation bar. You will be asked to provide your name, birth date, time and place. This is the information that will be used to run your personal astrology reports. For relationship reports, you'll be able to enter additional information later regarding other people.

What reports do I get when I sign-up for the AstroPackage?
You will receive 25 customized astrology reports when you sign up for the AstroPackage. Nine (9) of these reports are individual reports that are all about you. These personal reports include: the Astrology Profile; Past Life Report; Karmic Insight Report; Life Path Report; Mystical Essences Report; Career Path Report; Self-Identity Report; Inner Self Report and Personality Scores. Four (4) of the reports are year-long forecasts, including a Daily Forecast, Romantic Forecast, Business Forecast, and Destiny Forecast. The remaining 12 reports are two-person reports that reflect compatibility between you and others in your life. These reports include: 3 Romantic Compatibility Reports; 3 Friendship Reports; 3 Compatibility & Conflict Reports, and 3 Relationship Potential reports.

How soon after signing up are my reports available?
We've got staff working 24 hours a day to bring you the best astrology experience on the web. As a result, it shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes to run the reports you ordered (although it may take longer if we are really busy). When you order the AstroPackage, our astrologers run all of your personal and forecast reports immediately, so you can view them at your leisure from within the "My Charts" section of the web site. For AstroPackage users requesting 2-person reports, or individuals ordering a single report of any kind, we process report requests as they come in, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What if I can't find my birth place in your sign-up section?
MyAstrologyAdvisor's reporting system contains over 250,000 different cites around the world, so chances are, you'll find yours listed. If that's not the case, first check the spelling you used. If you still can't find your city, simply choose the name of a larger city that is close to where you were born.

What if I don't know my birth time?
While it is ideal to know your birth time (because it makes your charts more accurate), it is not a requirement. If you don't know your birth time, simply check the "unknown" box on the sign-up page. You will still get all the same great reports and insights, but written without your exact birth time in mind.

Can I add my birth time later if I don't know it now?
Once you order a report or sign-up for the AstroPackage, it is not possible to go back and change your information, or add a previously unknown birth time. If you don't know your birth time, you can simply choose the "Unknown" option, and you will still receive all of your reports.

Can anyone else see my birth information?
All of the birth information you enter at MyAstrologyAdvisor.com is kept private. No other site users can see your data, and it is never used for marketing purposes.

Can I run reports for just me, or for anybody I want?
When you purchase the AstroPackage, all 25 reports are exclusively for you, and may not be run for other people or for other birthdates. This does not include the relationship reports, which are for you and someone else together. To run a single-person report for someone other than yourself, or a compatibility report for two other people, you may purchase any of our reports individually in the AstroShop. Or, if you are an AstroPackage user, you can purchase "blocks" of report credits at a discount, all of which can be used to run reports for anyone you choose.

Do I have to run all of my reports right away, or can I save some for later?
When you first sign-up for the AstroPackage all of your personal reports and all of your forecast reports will be generated immediately, and put in your "my charts" area for easy viewing. Your compatibility reports are held for you as "credits", and can be used to run a chart whenever you want. To request a relationship report, go to the "my charts" area and click the "run now" button next to the chart name you'd like to have run. Alternatively, you may simply browse the AstroShop to find two-person reports that you want to run.

For relationship reports, what if I don't know the birth time of the other person?
Don't worry if you don't know the birth time of the second person in the relationship report. Just enter the other person's birth time as "unknown," and all reports between you and that person will be run as if neither of you entered your birth time. This is done so that the comparison between you will be more balanced.

How long are my AstroPackage credits good for?
Your AstroPackage credits never expire, as long as you remain an "active user". We define an active user as someone who logs into the site at least once every two years. If you abandon your reports for longer than that, we may assume that you just don't want them, and delete them from our files.

As an AstroPackage user, can I purchase additional reports at a discount?
Absolutely! One of the benefits of purchasing our AstroPackage is that you have the opportunity to purchase additional "blocks" of reports at discounted prices. Best of all, there are no restrictions on these report credits... they are simply added to your account, and you can use them to run reports for whomever you want, whenever you want. To purchase blocks of reports, visit the "My Account" portion of the web site and click on the "report blocks" link.

Payment and Billing

What forms of payment do you accept?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept checks or any type of payment by mail.

Do you offer refunds?
MyAstrologyAdvisor offers superior customer service and will do everything it can to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the highly personalized nature of our astrology reports, we do not offer refunds on either individual report purchases or AstroPackage purchases. If you've ordered the wrong report, or made a mistake completing the birth information form, we will be happy to assist you get the proper reports at no extra charge. If this is the case, simply email us at support@myastrologyadvisor.com.

Do you offer partial refunds if I don't use up all of the report credits in my AstroPackage?
MyAstrologyAdvisor does not offer partial refunds for any unused report credits in your AstroPackage. Actually, we strongly encourage all our users to hang-on to their report credits, because you never know when a new someone special you want to analyze will appear in your life!

If I purchase a single report now, can I apply it to the cost of the AstroPackage later?
Due to the extremely low per report cost present in our AstroPackage, we do not allow users to apply the cost of one report to an AstroPackage later on. If you think that you want more than one report, we strongly suggest that you purchase the AstroPackage up-front, and benefit from the extremely low bundled price.

AstroPackage Features (for Users)

How do I order my personal reports?
Once you sign up for the AstroPackage, our astrologers get right to work creating all of your personal astrology reports and forecasts. These are the reports that are just about you, so we write them immediately. To access these reports, simply log-in to the "My Charts" section of the web site and browse the reports by category. Notice that the status of each report is displayed in real-time. If the status of the report is "running now", that means the MyAstrologyAdvisor.com team is currently at work generating your report, and it should be available soon.

How do I order relationship reports?
To order relationship reports that compare you to another person (either romantically or in friendship), simply visit the "My Charts" section of the web site and click on the "Love & Relationships" link. On this page, you will see all of the relationship reports that have already been run for you, as well as those "credits" that you still have. To request a new report, simply click the "run it now" link. You will then be asked to enter the profile of the person you want to compare yourself to (if no profile already exists, you may create one...see below for more details).

What are profiles?
To make running reports easier, MyAstrologyAdvisor.com enables you to store birth information profiles for the people you care about. That way, you don't have to enter their birth information every time you want to run a report. For example, if you want to run all of the relationship reports comparing you and your significant other, simply enter that person's birth information once, and then choose him or her from the "profiles list" every time you request a report. You may add or delete profiles at any time by clicking on the "manage profiles" link in the "My Account" section.

How do I print my reports?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com offers a number of ways to print your reports and make them look spiffy. To print reports, go to the "My Charts" section of the web site and click on the "print" link next to the report you want to print. You will be given the option of printing the report to the screen as a web page, or as a PDF. (Note that printing as a PDF requires that you have the latest version of PDF software, like Adobe Acrobat, on your computer. Adobe Reader is free). You also have the option of printing borders around your astrology reports, to give them a more polished look and feel. To do this, just choose one of our many border choices. Our software does the rest for you! Please keep in mind that the print options are only available to customers who have purchased the AstroPackage.

How do I save my reports to my computer?
There are a number of ways to save your reports to your computer. Whether you choose to print as an HTML web page, or as a PDF, all you need to do is click "Save As" at the top of the print page and save the file to your computer under whatever name you wish. Alternatively, you can simply copy the contents of the web page from your browser, and paste it into the word processor of your choice (e.g., Microsoft Word, Works, WordPerfect, etc.). Keep in mind that if you choose to save the file as a PDF, you will not be able to edit it, unless you have Adobe Acrobat - an extension of the reader format that is not free.

How do I send reports to others?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com makes it easy to send reports to your friends with the "email" option located in the My Charts section. Rather than send the entire report in the text of the email (which may take up a lot of your friend's inbox space), we actually create a custom link just for your report. When your friend gets the email, he or she simply clicks on the link and gets to read the report you want to share. Of course, you can also always send reports yourself via your own email program.

How do I delete reports?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com does not recommend that you delete reports from the My Charts section of the web site. However, if you really must get rid of a report that is painful to look at (e.g., past significant other, maybe), you can delete it. To do this, click on the link in the column that says "Run for...". This link gives you the information about who the report was run for, and allows you to delete it. Please be advised that once you delete a report it is gone for good, and no additional report credits will be added to your AstroPackage.

How long do you store my reports?
MyAstrologyAdvisor.com stores your reports for as long as you are an active user of our web site. We define an "active user" as someone who logs into the site at least once every two years. If you don't visit us during for 24 straight months, we'll assume you don't want your reports anymore, and may delete them from our files. We recommend that even if you plan on visiting our site frequently, you print out your reports and/or save them to your computer for further safekeeping. .
